Client profile.
SSQ Natural Slate for 40 years supplied premium quality natural slate throughout the UK & Ireland.
SSQ brings the most outstanding slate and natural stone products to customers all around the globe across commercial and residential projects.
By combining the finest natural materials, uncompromising quality standards, and decades of passion and expertise, SSQ have become one of the world’s leading suppliers of stunning Spanish slate and Argentinian Phyllite.
Project brief.
Capture the completed renovation and extension at Odun Grange, focusing on the natural slate roof while also recording the architectural character of the property. The brief called for imagery that could demonstrate the slate within its wider residential setting rather than treating the roofing material in isolation.

Purpose.
The photography formed part of SSQ Natural Slate’s ongoing marketing and annual award submission strategy. The project provided an opportunity to demonstrate the natural appearance of the slate across a contemporary residential renovation and to show how the material complements the completed architecture.
Deliverables.
Architectural photography of the completed property, supported by aerial imagery providing elevated perspectives of the building, roofscape and surrounding Devon setting.
Outcome.
A focused visual case study presenting SSQ’s slate as an integral part of the renovated property. The combination of ground-level architectural views and aerial photography gives the client a versatile portfolio asset for marketing and award submissions, while providing distinctive perspectives on the completed project.
