Our comprehensive suite of photo, video, and virtual services are popular among architects, construction companies, and contractors who seek to showcase their latest projects, to demonstrate their capacity to deliver, and enhance their brand presence.
If your project has other interested 3rd parties who would like to use the content for their own commercial purposes, our cost-sharing extended licencing arrangement allows you to share the cost between all agreed parties. Making it more affordable for everyone, whilst providing adequate licence coverage.
CREATIVE FEE.
The creative fee covers the on-site time required to complete the photo shoot, with rates varying based on the project's scale and complexity. This fee also includes the use of equipment and comprehensive coverage of your project.
For greater budgetary flexibility and control, you only pay for the licence for the images you want, allowing you to save on costly editing day rates. This approach allows us to dedicate more time to perfecting the images you select, ensuring the highest quality for your business and brand.
+ LICENSING.
All final images provided, come with a lifetime commercial, non-transferable licence, allowing you to use them for your marketing efforts, including award submissions, brochures, social media, and website content. Any use beyond this scope will require additional licencing, which incurs a fee. With a non-transferable licence, the images are exclusively for your use and cannot be shared with third parties for their commercial use.
COST SHARING.
If your project involves third parties also interested in commercially using the images, we can set up an extended licencing arrangement before the shoot.
This lets you divide the total cost amongst yourself and the approved third parties, making it more affordable for everyone, whilst providing adequate licence coverage. The charge for this extended arrangement is the total cost of the commissioned work, plus an additional 30% for each third party added.
To establish a cost-sharing arrangement, all third parties must agree to participate. Each party will receive the licenced images, but as the project’s ‘lead’ client, you have the exclusive right to provide feedback on editing and revisions. Once the project is completed, the total cost of the commissioned work will be invoiced to you, and third parties are to reimburse you directly.
PHOTO SHOOT.
Our goal is to provide our clients with a diverse collection of captivating imagery to choose from. We methodically capture the key perspectives of every room and communal space, highlighting the property's size and flow, as well as exterior and landscaping features. Additionally, we focus on capturing the overall design and craftsmanship, highlighting the property's quality and lifestyle.
ONLINE GALLERY.
All images taken during your project will be accessible for review through our online gallery. Using a secure, password-protected link, you can access the gallery on your mobile phone, tablet, or computer, and select the images you want by simply clicking on them before pressing submit. The gallery is available for seven calendar days, but if you need to access it again in the future to order additional images and their licence, that's not a problem—we can reactivate it quickly and at no extra cost.
IMAGE EDITING.
Your chosen images will be professionally edited by our in-house image editors and billed on a per-delivered-image basis. To create each final image, we blend multiple exposures using advanced techniques and AI, ensuring ultra-high-resolution results. Additionally, you will receive a reduced-size version of each edited image, optimised for use on your website and social media platforms.
