Bouverie Place Shopping Centre is the focal point of the retail district in Folkestone town centre.
Bouverie Place offers a wide range of retailers and leisure providers, that attracts shoppers from far and wide.
Project brief.
Capture Bouverie Place as an active retail destination, conveying the scale and character of the shopping centre while reflecting the activity and footfall that make it a focal point within Folkestone town centre.
Purpose.
The commission was developed to create a strong portfolio and investment asset for David Samuel Properties. The imagery needed to demonstrate the commercial appeal of the centre while presenting the development as a busy, established destination for retailers and visitors.
Deliverables.
A combination of architectural and interior photography documenting the shopping centre, its retail environment, key spaces and the activity taking place throughout the development.
Outcome.
A dynamic portfolio of imagery that communicates both the physical scale of Bouverie Place and its role within the wider retail district. The photography places emphasis on occupancy, activity and visitor presence, giving the client a more compelling representation of the asset for portfolio and investment purposes.
