David Samuel Properties is a UK based commercial real estate investor. Their portfolio covers more than £420m of commercial assets under management, over 800 tenants throughout the UK.
Project brief.
Photograph the recently refurbished Polestar Research & Development facility in Coventry, documenting the building as a contemporary commercial asset. The imagery needed to convey the substantial scale of the site while drawing attention to its minimalist architecture, clean lines and carefully considered working environments.
Purpose.
The commission formed part of the client's investment-focused visual communications, providing a strong photographic record of a significant occupied property. The photography needed to demonstrate the quality and presentation of the refurbished facility for ongoing marketing and property communications.
Deliverables.
Architectural and interior photography covering the refurbished facility, its large-scale technical spaces, contemporary workplace areas and key architectural details.
Outcome.
A cohesive portfolio of imagery presenting Polestar R&D as a high-quality specialist commercial property.
