SSQ brings the most outstanding slate and natural stone products to customers all around the globe across commercial and residential projects.

By combining the finest natural materials, uncompromising quality standards, and decades of passion and expertise, SSQ have become one of the world’s leading suppliers of stunning Spanish slate and Argentinian Phyllite.

Project brief.

Document the regeneration of Kresen Kernow in Redruth, capturing the completed building with particular attention to the natural slate roof. The photography needed to communicate both the character of the material and the scale of the regenerated site.

Purpose.

The commission supported SSQ Natural Slate’s marketing and annual award submission strategy. The imagery was intended to position the slate within the wider architectural story, demonstrating how the material contributes to the appearance and identity of a significant regeneration project.

Deliverables.

Architectural photography and video, including elevated and aerial perspectives designed to reveal the extent of the building and provide distinctive views of the slate roof and surrounding site.

Outcome.

A comprehensive visual case study presenting Kresen Kernow as both a substantial regeneration project and a showcase for natural slate. The combination of detailed architectural imagery and aerial views provides SSQ with a versatile portfolio asset for marketing and award submissions.
