David Wilson Homes is part of Barratt Developments, the largest housebuilder in the UK, who build high quality, energy efficient new homes and creator of sustainable places to live throughout Britain.

Project brief.
Create a visual portrait of Ironbridge and its surrounding area in support of David Wilson Homes’ latest residential development. Rather than concentrating on the homes themselves, the commission was centred on capturing the character of the location and the experiences available to future residents.
Purpose.
The photography was commissioned as a marketing resource to communicate the lifestyle associated with living in Ironbridge. The imagery needed to demonstrate the appeal of the wider area through its attractions, businesses and distinctive sense of place.
Deliverables.
A curated collection of destination photography covering local landmarks, attractions, businesses, streetscapes and lifestyle locations throughout Ironbridge and the surrounding area.
Outcome.
A varied set of location-led imagery giving prospective residents a stronger sense of what makes Ironbridge an attractive place to live. The photographs provide David Wilson Homes with a flexible marketing and portfolio asset that extends the story of the development beyond the property itself.
