Project brief.
Create a comprehensive visual record of Hayfield Rise, combining detailed coverage of the development with a focused presentation of Hayfield Homes’ Stanton two-bedroom bungalow. The photography needed to communicate both the quality of the individual home and the character of the wider residential scheme.
Purpose.
The commission supported Hayfield Homes’ marketing activity by providing imagery that could demonstrate the quality and appeal of its completed homes. Particular attention was given to presenting the bungalow as a finished, desirable living environment while placing it within the context of the larger development.
Deliverables.
Architectural and interior photography covering the Stanton bungalow, key interior spaces, exterior architecture and the wider Hayfield Rise development.
Outcome.
