David Wilson Homes is part of Barratt Developments, the largest housebuilder in the UK, who build high quality, energy efficient new homes and creator of sustainable places to live throughout Britain.

Project brief.
Build a visual picture of Coventry as a place to live, exploring the city beyond the immediate housing development. The photography was commissioned to highlight the character of the area and the range of attractions, amenities and experiences available to future residents.
Purpose.
The imagery was created for David Wilson Homes’ marketing activity, helping prospective buyers understand the lifestyle and wider environment associated with its latest Coventry development. Rather than focusing solely on property, the project aimed to sell the destination itself.
Deliverables.
A collection of location photography covering Coventry’s cultural, leisure and commercial highlights, including Coventry Cathedral, Coventry University, Fargo Village, the Transport Museum, shopping areas, the railway station, city centre and canal basin.
Outcome.
A broad lifestyle-led image library giving David Wilson Homes authentic visual content for presenting Coventry as a vibrant and connected place to live. The photographs extend the marketing story beyond the homes themselves, providing a strong portfolio asset for campaigns focused on location and lifestyle.
