Project brief.
Create a collection of seasonal imagery at Clockmakers that presents the development as an appealing place to live, with particular attention to the atmosphere and lifestyle associated with the homes during the festive period.
Purpose.
The commission formed part of David Wilson Homes’ Christmas marketing campaign. Rather than simply documenting the development, the photography was intended to give prospective buyers a stronger sense of the homes as lived-in spaces and highlight the appeal of the surrounding residential environment.
Deliverables.
Architectural and interior photography across the development, including a selection of three- and four-bedroom homes and lifestyle-led seasonal content suitable for festive marketing communications.
Outcome.
A fresh portfolio of seasonal imagery giving David Wilson Homes engaging content for its Christmas campaign. The photographs combine the presentation of the completed homes with a more emotive sense of residential lifestyle, helping the development connect with prospective buyers beyond a straightforward architectural record.
